At snipry, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days after delivery.

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and security seals are intact.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or damaged (unless the damage is due to a defect/fault upon arrival).

  • The item is missing its original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • The return request is made after 14 days of delivery.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Only refunds are issued for eligible returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your item by mail:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@snipry.com with in 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

  2. Wait for Approval and Label: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions with return label.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label we provide.

  4. Refund: Your refund will be initiated within 7 days from the date we receive and inspect your return.

4. Refund Information & Costs

  • Refund Method: To your original payment method in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

  • Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of received item in our warehouse.

  • Return Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns. You will be provided a return label at no cost to you.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

5. Compliance with UAE Law

This return policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Laws under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.
